Monthly conductor invoices can be submitted here. They will be submitted directly to accounts for swift payment, and we’ll have an opportunity to check in and see how things are going too.

Make sure it includes:

The words “Tax invoice”
Your banking details (name, BSB and account numbers)
The rehearsal dates you attended, and the ones you were absent for (including reasons)
Your ABN
Make the invoice out to Creativity Australia Inc (Level 4, 479 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004)
