SIGNING UP NEW MEMBERS

This article details the current policy for onboarding new With One Voice Choir members.

When a new member joins your choir, please ensure you follow these steps to ensure we onboard them correctly:

Portal

The easiest way for a member to register is through our online portal, at withonevoice.org.au/members. This is also the most secure way to sign up. However, we have had some issues with this process when members want to pay with methods other than credit card.

Forms

The registration form for new members is available in the right side bar. Completed forms should be scanned and emailed to withonevoice@creativityaustralia.org.au.

Alternatively, take a legible photo of the form for safe-keeping, and mail the completed form to:

Cash/free members

If a member is paying by cash, we still need to collect their details to register them as a member. They should be provided with the first page of the registration form. The same applies to free members, such as carers or those who are unable to contribute.

When collecting cash, it’s important to record who has paid. We have provided a ‘cash ledger’ as part of the rehearsal attendance sheet for this purpose – it is accessible through one of the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
