SOCIAL MEDIA PROTOCOL
Your With One Voice Choir social media accounts represent not just your choir, but the entire organisation. It is important we share some common values when considering what to post publicly.

When creating content and posting on your WOV Choir social media pages please follow these tips and protocols:
REPRESENT WOV / CA & YOUR CHOIR
We are a fully inclusive organisation that welcome people from all backgrounds and cultures. Be mindful about the content you’re posting and ensure the tone is kept positive, promotes WOV/CA values and is inclusive for all.
KEEP IT RELEVANT
Remember that your WOV choir page represents your choirs voice NOT your personal voice. Be sure to stay away from sharing personal political opinions regardless of whether you feel that your members would agree. Keep posts to choir related content!
MONITOR YOUR PAGE
Look out for notifications and respond in a timely, polite manner. Moderate any comments that others may find offensive or violate community standards e.g. no foul language, bullying or hate speech.
