WHAT TO BRING

We recommend that you bring:

• A pencil
• A notebook
• A water bottle
• A friendly smile and positive attitude!
• An instrument of choice (if convenient!)
• Your favourite warmup(s) to share

We will release a full schedule in the lead-up to the event, based on the wants and needs expressed in your survey responses.

Friday 17 January 2025

4pm – Arrivals
6pm – Welcome, Dinner & Session 1+2
9pm – Finish

Saturday 18 January 2025

8:30am – Morning welcome & sessions begin
4:30pm – Event close

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

For those with accommodation covered by CA, you will be staying at Quest St Kilda Road @ 478 St Kilda Road, Melbourne (right opposite the CA office).

For those driving to the office, free underground parking is available at the CA offices at 479 St Kilda Road using one of the CA team member’s swipecards.

For those flying in, flight details have been emailed to you by Enya. Please keep any receipts for ubers/taxis for us to reimburse you to/from the airport.

A note – we are trying to save shipping costs this year so we will be asking you to take some WOV printed materials and t-shirts back to your choir, if possible. Please leave some extra room in your bags for WOV goodies!
