WHY DO I NEED TALKING POINTS?

While your musical talents are admired and valued, With One Voice choirs are all about building healthy communities around Australia for people who need them.

If we’re not actively growing, and not financially viable, we cannot achieve our goals… and in the long run, we can’t make beautiful music together either.

These are just some suggested talking points to use at the end of each rehearsal, to make sure:

• Your members know what is expected of them, and what the choir is trying to achieve together.
• You are actively welcoming new visitors, and converting them to contributing members.
• You are addressing common anxieties that your choir members may be experiencing.
• You are actively trying to build a functional committee to decentralise the workload. 

We have organised it into a four week schedule, so you don’t need to information bomb your members each week!
